Selection and Evaluation Report

For the selection of the Target Group members that will attend the Bulgarian and Romanian courses

October 30th, 2017

The members of the Selection Committee have met today, October 30th to conduct the selection of the participants at the Romanian language course (to be organized in Vidin, Bulgaria, for the Bulgarian members of the Target Group) and at the Bulgarian language course (to be organized in Craiova, Romania, for the Romanian members of the Target Group) on the basis of the Methodology for the implementation of this activity within the project “Cross-Border Partnership for Training and Labour mobility in the Juridical field”. Project Code 16.4.2.023. System code ROBG-162.

The following scoring criteria were taken into account for the Target Group members that registered:

  1. Mobility degree in the cross-border area in the following 5 years
  2. Low – 1 point
  3. High – 2 points
  4. Need for improvement
  5. Low – 1 point
  6. High – 2 points
  7. Very high – 3 points
  8. Total scoring of the candidate for the Target Group selection process
  9. Between 7 to 8 points – 1 point
  10. Between 9 to 11points – 2 points
  11. Between 12 to 13 points – 3 points

The Scoring sheet is attached to the Report that is attached to these minutes.

All requests were accepted, given the initial number of participants that should attend each course, twenty-five in each country and the scoring observed by the selection committee members.

Complaints and alerts against the results reflected in the report may be filed within 24 hours from the publication of the minutes.
